A 10-year-old girl who tragically died in a devastating house fire that her mother and three siblings managed to escape from has been named.

The little girl, Eliza, was killed in the blaze in Bradford, West Yorkshire at 1am on Sunday. 

The inferno took hold in the dormer bedroom she shared with her two sisters, aged 11 and six who managed to escape along with her two-year-old brother and mother. 

Eliza's mother, 37, was carried out of the property and rushed to hospital with the three other survivors, where they were treated for non-life-threatening injuries. 

Tributes have begun flooding in for the little girl who perished in the blaze.

West Yorkshire Police were called at 1.05am after a fire broke out at the family home in West Yorkshire. 

The survivors were rushed to hospital but the police pronounced the little girl dead at the scene. 

The children's father, a teacher at a college in Bradford, was not at the property at the time of the tragedy.

Neighbours have been laying flowers and paying tribute.

Yesterday, one said: 'I'm devastated to hear there's been a tragedy.' 

Another neighbour said her daughter used to play with the deceased girl and her little brother in the back garden.

'She was only playing with them a couple of days ago on the slide they have in their garden, they also used to play ball on the street,' said the neighbour.

'They are a lovely family. Dad is a teacher in Bradford and he would always say
