Man makes shocking discovery comparing chicken bought at his local butcher to ... trends now
A TikTok user named Kalani Smith was shocked to learn how different chicken breasts can be from one another.
Smith, who's known as Kalani Ghost Hunter on social media, posted a TikTok video on May 21 of him comparing chicken breasts that he bought at Walmart, Perdue and from his local butcher in Tennessee.
The ghost hunter picked up each of the unopened packages of chicken breast before showing viewers the scale he would use to weigh each chicken breast and determine how different the poultry items were from one another.
The video of Smith's 'scary' discovery has received over one million views, and more than 5,000 TikTokers have left comments.

'Visually, you can see there's a huge difference between what we're getting at our local butcher from a farm, compared to what they're giving us at Walmart,' said Smith.
Pointing to the small words on the Walmart package, he said that its chicken breast could have 'up to 5 percent water retained.'
