Ezekiel Elliott is being accused of slugging a man in the face on Sunday night at a Dallas bar and then leaving the scene.
A friend of the 30-year-old victim said that the Dallas Cowboys running back punched his friend, leaving the man laying on the floor of Clutch and crying out in pain.
He said he broke his nose at the time and was taken to a nearby hospital with non-life threatening injuries according to the police report he filed later that night.
The police report does not name a suspect however as the victim is not sure who punched him, and Elliott had left the scene by the police arrived at the bar.
Elliott, 21, is already facing a possible suspension from the league for allegations of domestic abuse made by an ex-girlfriend last year.
