A collision between two trams in Melbourne's inner city has left 15 people injured.

The two trams crashed at a stop on the corner of Bourke Street and Spencer Streets shortly before 3pm on Wednesday.

No one was seriously injured in the crash, with paramedics currently treating commuters for minor injuries at the scene.
