A mother-of-three killed herself after suffering anxiety over fears that social services would take her baby daughter away from her and into care.
Kirsty Johnson, 26, of Folkestone, Kent, took her own life one day before a court hearing to determine her child's future.
The mother, who was in foster care between the ages of 12 and 16, suffered abuse and was pressured into sex work during a troubled teenage life.
She had battled with a heroin addition, had taken crack cocaine and took drug overdoses that could have killed her in 2007, 2008 and 2009.
And more recently Mrs Johnson held fears that social services would take her youngest daughter over concerns about domestic abuse from her partners.
