The police department of a rural Pennsylvania town is very afraid.

Drawing inspiration from the upcoming Stephen King horror flick It, an unidentified ‘prankster’ has tied a red balloon to a sewer grate in Lititz Borough, Pennsylvania, and the police have taken notice.

‘A certain movie is coming to theaters in two days, and a local prankster took it upon themselves to promote the movie,’ the Lititz Borough Police Department wrote in a Facebook post.
