Bruce Wilson, the ex-partner of former Prime Minister Julia Gillard has been linked to the unsolved murder of Perth brothel madam Shirley Finn.
In explosive evidence delivered to the West Australian Coroner's Court on Thursday, witness Phillip Hooper described intimidation tactics allegedly used by former union boss Wilson to deter him from speaking out after the execution-style murder.
Mr Hooper said he had been sitting in his parked car with his girlfriend nearby the murder scene when he heard four gunshots, The Australian reported.
He then claimed two men approached his car and told him not to tell the police. Mr Hooper said one of these men was Laurie Tudori, a nightclub owner and underworld figure.

Mr Hooper, now 68 and on dialysis, told the court he felt frightened into silence afterwards, as he was followed and his life constantly threatened.
The morning after the shooting, the man claimed he saw Tudori outside his house holding a rifle, and he was run off the road on the same day, where he faced threats again.
He said at a later run-in with Tudori, he was told the men had planned to kill him and his girlfriend on the same night, and that Bernie Johnson, who had been the police vice squad head at the time, had threatened to frame him for the murder.
