Two people have been arrested over a man who was found with fatal head injuries after allegedly falling from a fourth floor balcony.
Officers are still at the scene in Liverpool city centre this morning, after a man in his 30s, named locally as James Balshaw, was found lying inside a gated courtyard yesterday evening.
An area below the block of luxury flats in Dukes Terrace, Liverpool, is still cordoned off with a green tarpaulin sheet covering a car and another hanging over the fourth floor balcony.

A full police investigation is being carried out after the man was rushed to the Royal Liverpool University Hospital but pronounced dead shortly after.
