Former White Sox pitcher Daniel Webb dies in ATV accident

Former Chicago White Sox pitcher Daniel Webb tragically died in an ATV accident on Saturday in Tennessee.

Webb, 28, was riding on Dry Creek Road in Humphreys County when his ATV hit an object in the woods, causing it to rollover, WKRN reported. Webb reportedly broke his neck. 

Humphreys County Sheriff Chris Davis confirmed that Webb was killed, but did not reveal further details into the accident. 

Davis said it was a 'tragic accident, and we should rally around the family.'

Authorities said three others were also injured and hospitalized - one being Webb's new wife, WKRN reported.
