President Donald Trump tweeted out a Happy Thanksgiving message early Thursday morning from his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida where his holiday trip is costing taxpayers millions of dollars.
Trump left for the Palm Beach estate on Tuesday for what is set to be a five-day Thanksgiving holiday for him and his family.

Despite Trump's positive holiday message championing his government, there was no mention of his costly trip to Mar-a-Lago and how it will affect taxpayers.
The trip is slated to cost taxpayers roughly $2million, according to Newsweek, with most of the costs associated with flying on Air Force One.
