Orhan Yigit, 44, from Castleford in West Yorkshire, is accused of forcing himself on one of his victims on three separate occasions
A PCSO accused of raping a domestic violence victim in her home claims she undid his trousers telling him she was unhappy with her marriage and 'sexually frustrated'.
Orhan Yigit, 44, forced himself on his victim on three separate occasions after befriending her husband, coming to her home in full uniform when he was out, a court heard.
A trial at Leeds Crown Court was told Yigit, known as 'Pedro', offered to help her escape her abusive husband and get her into a 'nice refuge' in exchange for sexual favours.
He is also accused of making sexual advances on another woman when she came to the door in a nightdress when he was investigating the theft of her van.
Yigit, of Castleford, West Yorkshire, admitted exchanging text messages with his first victim before going to her house.
He told the hearing: 'She was heavily made up and had tight jeans and a top on.'
The officer said the woman told him she was unhappy with her relationship before unzipping his trousers and initiating sexual activity between them.
James Littlehales, defending, asked: 'Did you force yourself upon her?
To which Yigit replied: 'No, I would never do that.'
While his victim claims he exposed himself to her, the 44-year-old slammed her account as 'fiction'.
Yigit denies two counts of sexual assault, one count of rape and one of misconduct in public office between September 2015 and April 2016
