Telstra's budget mobile carrier Belong has overcharged thousands of customers by debiting their accounts multiple times.
Hundreds of complaints on the company's Facebook page forced the telco to issue a statement on Friday.
'We are aware of a system error impacting some of our fixed broadband customers where they may have been overcharged for their service,' the company said via Facebook.
