Retail and service workers who are copping slack from stressed Christmas shoppers are taking action. 

Launched by the Shop, Distributive and Allied Employees Association (SDA), the ‘No One Deserves a Serve’ campaign has been launched to help prevent angry customers acting out. 

SDA National Secretary Gerard Dwyer told the Herald Sun there is never an excuse for customers acting in vile manners toward staff just doing their job.
