Montreal police ask for help to find missing man

Montreal police are asking the public for help in finding Joel Bélanger, who has been missing since Friday, Dec. 29. 

Joel Bélanger, 53, was last seen in the Côte-des-Neiges—Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough.

He was wearing a black coat and a hospital jacket, as well as brown pants. He speaks French, has white skin, brown hair and blue eyes and is 5-foot-8 and weighs 200 pounds.  

He is under a court order that requires him to reside in a hospital to receive care.

Police and hospital staff are fear for his safety in the cold weather.
