Barnaby Joyce's estranged wife has engaged a media agent amid rumours she is considering a tell-all interview about the scandal.
Daily Mail Australia can confirm Natalie Joyce has retained press agent Cecelia Haddad to handle her inquiries.
Ms Haddad - a crisis communications expert with 25 years' experience - said Mrs Joyce had 'absolutely ... not committed' to any interviews.
'She is adamant she is not doing any interviews.'
As Mrs Joyce kept her powder dry, the deputy prime minister kicked off his week of personal leave with a press interview about the fallout from his affair.
Speaking to the Sydney Morning Herald, Mr Joyce blamed his grueling travel schedule as the 'substantial cause' of his marriage breakdown.
