A seventh suspect has been charged over Salim Mehajer's allegedly staged car crash last year.
Investigators confirmed on Wednesday that they arrested a 27-year-old man from Greystanes, western Sydney, in early February in connection with last year's incident.
The man was charged with conspiracy to cheat and defraud and was granted bail on strict conditions, and is set to appear in Burwood Local Court on Wednesday.

Six other people have already received the same charges over the crash, which took place in Lidcombe on October 16.
At the time of the crash, Mehajer - the former deputy mayor of Auburn - was on his way to attend a court hearing where he would defend himself against charges that involved assaulting a taxi driver with an Eftpos machine at The Star Casino.
