As freezing temperatures and heavy snowfall continue to blight Britain, commuters face another day of disruption.
Several road closures are already in force, while trains and flights have also been hit by delays and cancellations.
Pictures taken by commuters show entire journeys hit by severe delays indefinitely while planes have been grounded at Stansted, Heathrow and Gatwick.

RoadsPolice warn A52 in Lincolnshire is 'impassable' between Boston and Skegness due to drifting snow, and drivers face becoming stranded.
