New Jersey man forced to pay $1,600 Uber from West Virginia

A man was given a pretty hefty bill for an Uber he took from a party in West Virginia, all the way to New Jersey. 

Kenneth Bachman, ordered an Uber XL from Morgantown, West Virginia, all the way to his Sewell, New Jersey, home on Friday. The bill came out to $1,635.93.

'I was just like…that's crazy why did you agree to take me to New Jersey from West Virginia?' he said to CBS Philly.

The Backwood, New Jersey, native had been hanging with friends near West Virginia University's campus.

Bachman ordered a Uber ride home - not to his memory - and fell asleep while inside the vehicle.
