Tracy Morgan delivers emotional speech about his recovery from truck crash

Tracy Morgan is finally coming back to television three years after he was nearly killed in a car accident.

And Morgan said he believes that God spared his life that day so he could bring love and hope to the world.

'I know why God spared my life that day in that accident,' he said. 'It was to bring love and to bring hope.'
