An iconic fashion brand selling clothes worn by A-listers including Elle Macpherson is shutting down due to 'greedy landlords' and 'exorbitant rents'.
Sambag Stores will close its Sydney shopfronts after 22 years of business, but the brand will still be available online.
Creative Director Samantha Wagner posted on Instagram 'three weeks to go until our Woollahra store closes'.

Shocked fans questioned where the store was moving to, to which Ms Wagner replied 'closed, you can still purchase online'.
And she reportedly told Inside Retail the pressure of 'greedy landlords' and 'exorbitant rents' drove her to close the Woollahra store in Sydney's East.
The fashion designer told the publication 'retail is not what it used to be' and 'it's too hard to compete anymore'.
Her shop is listed for lease with Ray White as a 'rare opportunity in a hugely popular area of Woollahra'.
The Sambag brand will still be available
