Toronto police have a mystery on their hands trying to uncover how an empty car without windows dangled from a bridge that spans the city's busiest roadway Wednesday morning.
The site of the blue sedan swaying from a rope spooked commuters and baffled rescuers as they passed underneath the Millwood Overpass Bridge.
The vehicle's windows all appeared to be missing with the interior burned out.

The puzzling site was at first thought to be a something left over from filming, however city officials looked into permits and none were made for the area, or the strange stunt
The car could be seen from the roadway int he distance puzzling commuters
'At this time, it is believed this incident was intended as a prank,' Const. Caroline de Kloet said, according to CTVNews. 'This incident resulted in the use of significant resources that were not available to attend to genuine emergency calls for service.'
First police believed it was from a movie shoot, but checked and there was no such authorized filming in the area, and
