On Thursday, Myers broke down sobbing at the defense table as her attorney, Andrew Stoll, argued there there was inconsistencies in court documents pertaining to the location of his client's alleged encounter with the victim, reported the New York Post.
Myers, wearing black-rimmed glasses and no makeup, was photographed in court scowling and looking downcast. She still wore her diamond engagement ring and wedding band on her left hand.
Myers was freed on her own recognizance after her arrest in January. The woman is due back in court on June 14.
