Will Wagstaffe (played by Tom Riley) continues to parade the streets of London in Dark Heart tonight, but he is still struggling to keep his conscience clean.
While last night’s episode saw him taking on his sister’s new boyfriend after he suspected she had been attacked.
Viewers were a little shocked by Will’s brutal means of justice, and they have not yet been given too much information about what makes him so angry.
It was teased in the last moments of the show that his parents were murdered, but there seems to be more to the story.
Express caught up with Dark Heart’s writer Chris Lang to speak about Will’s intricately written character, and what sets him apart from so many other TV detectives.
“Who knows what sets him apart from other detectives?” Chris mused.
