EastEnders got an unexpected new villain last year on the BBC soap. Alfie Moon (played by Shane Ritchie) cheated on his beloved Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace) off screen. However, he learned how actions have consequences and as a result, found himself with a love child. Mother, Hayley Slater (Katie Jarvis) tried to get him to start a relationship with her and thus become a family around baby Cherry. After a fight ensured, Hayley pushed him down the stairs and everyone thought he had died. But EastEnders fans were stunned to discover he faked his death and actually ran off with Cherry. And last night on the BBC soap, Alfie made another shock appearance. Hayley and Kat tried desperately to locate him but to no avail. They set their sights on Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt), believing him to have helped Alfie escape. I want to see my baby.” The father then showed Hayley her baby, and set about reassuring her.
