The Duchess of Sussex is believed to have already banned Harry from drinking alcohol in the lead up to her pregnancy and now ‘Dry January’ has also included tea and coffee beverages. The change in the Duke of Sussex demeanour and healthy appearance was particularly noticed the royals over the Christmas period as the pair celebrated at the Queen’s Sandringham estate in Norfolk. The reformed party-animal, who this time last year flew out to Monte Carlo and Monaco, is now “more chilled and relaxed” as parenthood looms in the spring.
A source told the Express: “Considering he's been a pretty brutal drinker since he was a young teenager, it's quite an achievement.
“He was always fidgeting and on the go, always looking for the next thrill.
The royal insider added: “He was a great laugh but it was always very full on.
“Now his new regime doesn’t make him the most entertaining party guest in the world, but he’s definitely more chilled and relaxed.”
