Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford were on the sofa today to present the ITV show. Naturally, talk turned to New Year’s resolutions on This Morning where Ruth said hers was to lose weight. The 58-year-old revealed she had an app to help her along the way and Eamonn couldn’t help but make a joke. “I’m only allowed 1200 calories a day,” Ruth said.
