The mother-of-two decided to order some dodgy Botox treatment from the internet - begging her best friend and colleague Kerry Wyatt (Laura Norton) to do the honours of injecting it.

Throughout the ITV soap's latest episode Liam was the talk of the village, as the loveable doctor helped Priya Sharma (Fiona Wade) after she fell over and hurt her ankle during a run.

But Bernice’s actions may have destroyed any potential she had for a long and healthy life, as the doctors warned her family and Liam she could face horrific medical problems.

With Bernice currently on life-support, there is even the risk she will die.
