Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has helped the Red Devils gain vital momentum since he took charge.
Manchester United's impressive form has seen them climb to sixth in Premier League standings with 35 points.
Solskjaer will surely be hoping to achieve an away win this evening to pile pressure on Arsenal who currently have a tally of 41.
The Norwegian has stated he is looking forward to the new year and is going to "enjoy" his time in charge of Manchester United.
He said: “I’ve got to say, going into the new year the way I've done, I've never done before but I'm so excited about the new year.
“I'm just going to enjoy my time here now.
"Working with players of this quality, when you're a coach or a manager, you think 'this will be enjoyable'.“
Solskjaer added Manchester United need to stop focusing on their opposition's style of play and focus on themselves.
He also told MUTV: "If we’re thinking too much about the opposition, our own play will be diluted.
“So we should just focus on ourselves. Newcastle cause one problem different to what Bournemouth will do.
