Coronation Street is set to air trouble scenes for Gemma Winter (played by Dolly-Rose Campbell) in the coming episodes.
This evening kickstarts a short-lived stalker storyline as a mysterious thug sets his sights on Gemma.
The fiery kebab shop worker has experienced a couple of prank calls.
But she thought it was just Chesney Brown (Sam Aston) who was winding her up.
However, she will end up regretting not chasing the calls as she comes face-to-face with a stalker.
Gemma and Rita Sullivan (Barbara Knox) overhear some mysterious noises from their flat and head to find out what’s going on.
She is extremely disturbed to discover someone has been rummaging through her bag.
Gemma storms back to the flat to work out what exactly is going on.
But when she gets there, the stalker takes his chance and rushes to attack her.
