SAS Who Dares Wins pitted its contestants against a number of new tasks this evening.
And while many of the recruits struggled to get through the challenges, none struggled more than number 20, Tracy.
Tracy had trouble holding on to her leadership during the log challenge, and was later called out for it.
She was eventually called the “weakest” member of the team in front of the entire team.
But as things continued to get increasingly difficult for her, host of the show Ant Middleton called her in to the interview room.
And while these situations are usually pretty stressful for everyone involved, Ant took a different approach.
Ant and his partner asked Tracy about her tragic backstory before giving her some support for the next step of the competition.
Tracy ultimately was given some great advice on continuing her path on the show - don’t look back at her past mistakes, look forward.
