#RickAndMortySeason4 joins Channel 4 ahead of release date hint #RickAndMorty

Rick and Morty left viewers utterly distraught in season three when Mr. Poopybutthole (played by Justin Roiland) announced the fourth season of the comedy show would be released in “a long time.”

Since then various rumours have been dropped by the show’s creators teasing the show’s continuous development.

Earlier this week it was announced Rick and Morty season four will be aired exclusively on Channel 4 in the UK.

This will be the first time the show has aired on TV in the UK.

What’s more, Channel 4 will be airing seasons one-to-three beginning in February on its sister channel E4.

And with the first three seasons now preparing to air in the coming weeks, could the fourth season be right around the corner?

With ten episodes in each season, could Channel 4’s entire show run springboard the next season?

If so, fans may be looking forward to season four in early Summer - similar to the surprise release of Rick and Morty season three in April 2017.
