Apple cider vinegar helps to restore the skin to it’s natural, healthy state, revealed the National Eczema Association.

Adding a little acidity to your skin also helps to keep it strong, while apple cider vinegar could lower your risk of harmful yeast, that could lead to eczema symptoms.
