Sex Education season two is yet to be announced by Netflix and show bosses, despite the success of the show’s debut season. The Sex Education season one ending left a number of possibilities for storylines surrounding the show’s core characters, from Eric (Ncuti Gatwa) and Adam’s (Connor Swindells) potential romance to Jean (Gillian Anderson) and Jakob’s (Mikael Persbrandt) love/hate relationship. One spoiler fans really want to know, however, is whether Otis and Maeve will finally get together as a couple. Sex Education season two spoilers and plot details are being kept relatively under wraps at the moment, especially with Netflix not yet announcing a release date for another series.
The Netflix series did hint at a possible romance between the two throughout season one, however, with Otis confessing his love for Maeve to best pal Eric halfway through the series and Maeve dumping boyfriend Jackson (Kedar Sterling-Williams) in the finale.
Season two of Sex Education will likely pick up where the first season ended, with Maeve coming to the realisation she had feelings for Otis, while Otis embarks on a romance with Ola (Patricia Allison).

Viewers witnessed Maeve arrive at Otis’ home – based in the picturesque Sex Education setting of Wye Valley in Wales – only to be left devastated by the sight of Otis and Ola kissing.
Maeve then left, turning her back on Asa Butterfield's character and headed home.
