NCIS season 16, episode 13, which will air in a few weeks on CBS, will see the team investigate a case relating to Ziva David (played by Cote de Pablo), leaving many fans to wonder whether Ziva is returning to NCIS. Ziva is presumed dead on NCIS, but as we did not see her die there is always a chance she will have cheated death and will return to visit Agent Gibbs (Mark Harmon) and the rest of the NCIS team. Cote de Pablo is not listed on the cast list for NCIS season 16, episode 13, but that does not mean she won’t be making a surprise appearance.
Cote de Pablo is not confirmed to be returning to NCIS, but there is some evidence that she will be back in the next episode, even in flashback.
The official synopsis for NCIS season 16, episode 13, which will be titled She, reads: “A malnourished and confused nine-year-old is found hiding in a storage unit.
“The team reopens an old missing persons case that Special Agent Ziva David had a personal interest in.”
With Ziva’s past such an integral part of the upcoming episode, it would be strange if she didn’t appear in the episode.
