What does Dancing on Ice host Holly Willoughby eat in order to stay in shape?

Holly Willoughby, 37, has made a point of not publicly discussing her secrets to staying in shape. Clearly aware of the influence that her well-known status can have on others, the Dancing On Ice and This Morning host has previously said she does’t want to give too much insight into her diet and fitness plan in case it encourages unhealthy attitudes to food. Speaking to Prima Magazine in the past, she said: “I don’t want to encourage eating disorders. I try not to focus too much on my appearance. As long as I’m being healthy, that’s good enough for me.”

However, despite keeping relatively quiet about her day-to-day nutrition, it seems some of her secrets to staying in shape have been revealed.

In recent years, some fans insisted Holly seemed to have lost weight, after she appeared to cut a slimmer figure on Instagram and the small screen.

A TV insider has previously said that the This Morning star had been tucking into foods such as chicken, carrots and hummus.

“Holly is determined to keep her new-look body,” a source said.

“So she eats chicken, carrots and hummus.”

And, it seems that she often snacks on a particular type of fruit to, in order to fulfil any cravings for a sweet treat.
