Emilia Clarke, who has played Game Of Thrones’ Daenerys Targaryen since 2011, has revealed how it feels for the show to be coming to end. The actress says she was just “a child” when she first portrayed the Queen Of Dragons in the fantasy epic. The 32-year-old has now told viewers to expect a “real whopper” when it comes to the final chapter for her much-loved alter ego. She spoke out about crying “like a baby” during her last time on set, while discussing her latest project, movie Last Christmas.

Addressing Game Of Thrones, Emilia told the Daily Mail: “It’s the grand finale. This is it. It’s over and I cried like a baby on the last day.”

The film star continued: “I felt completely lost. It was very strange and wonderful to get this [Last Christmas].

“This part couldn’t be more opposite, because dragons ain’t funny.”
