The monarch was seen driving her Range Rover on her own near her Sandringham Estate in Norfolk on Tuesday. Her Majesty wrapped up warmly in a headscarf and coat for the solo outing. And the Queen opted to wear her seatbelt for the drive.
It comes after the Duke of Edinburgh was involved in an accident last Thursday near the Queen’s Sandringham Estate.
The incident happened on the A149, with Philip’s Land Rover colliding with a Kia carrying two women and a nine-month-old baby.
The 28-year-old driver and 45-year-old passenger Emma Fairweather were left requiring hospital treatment, while the tot was unharmed.
The Queen’s husband reportedly said “I'm such a fool" as he was pulled from his overturned car.
