Adding more turmeric to your diet could help to protect against some deadly types of cancer, according to dietitian Juliette Kellow and nutritionist Dr Sarah Brewer.
The spice’s active ingredient, curcumin, could kill some cancerous cells, particularly for breast and bowel cancer.
