It came during the beginning of the programme as Eamonn Holmes and his wife and co-host Ruth Langsford revealed what would be coming up on the show.
One particular This Morning segment featured doctors Chris and Xand who would be discussing the secrets to a long life.
But when Eamonn, 59, divulged it would be coming up, he made a joke about Vanessa’s age on the ITV show.
He jested that 56-year-old Vanessa was nearly 64 and she didn’t take kindly to the suggestion.

“Now this is really, really interesting because they are basically saying that any health we have really does go from when you’re 64 onwards.”
