Thousands of people will gather at Gobbler’s Knob in Pennsylvania today to find watch a groundhog called Punxsutawney Phil predict the weather. Phil will come out of his home to predict either six more weeks of winter weather or an early spring. The Visit Pennsylvania website will live stream the big event today.

What time does the Groundhog come out today?
Punxsutawney Phil should poke his head out of the ground just after 7am ET (12pm GMT).
If the groundhog sees his shadow, the US is headed for at least six more weeks of winter.
But if he doesn't, there will an early spring.
