Viscount Althorp, 24, who is also known as Louis Spencer and the cousin of Prince Harry, is currently studying at Edinburgh University having spent a large chunk of his life growing up in Cape Town, high society glossy magazine Tatler reports. The influential magazine has now named him as one of the country’s most eligible bachelors. But despite not garnering as much of the spotlight as the Duke of Sussex, who married American Suits star Meghan Markle last May, he lives an envy-inducing life albeit behind the scenes of the royal family. Louis is the forth child and eldest son of Charles Spencer, who is the brother of the late People’s Princess, who died in a Paris car crash in 1997.
In 2015, he caught the attention of rapper Nicki Minaj, who joked about her desire to marry him.
His sister, Kitty, is a model but English law states the young Louis will inherit their father’s sprawling estates and the title of Earl.
He was born in Westminster before moving to South Africa as a child.
