The 47-year-old French TV star was appearing on Loose Women earlier today where he made his views on Brexit clear.
Fred expressed his concerns over Brexit, blasting the 17.4 million winning voters, quipping: “We are in the land of the absurd!”
He said: “If I thought it was good for the country then I would vote for it.
“I don’t believe that it will be good for us long-term and we are going to be poorer as a result.”

Fred, who moved to the UK from France more than 30 years ago, revealed he has never felt like a “foreigner” before.
He explained: “I remember coming here as a foreigner, but never feeling like one.”
Fred went on to speak about his two British daughters, one who is a diver for Team GB.
He said: “On the day of the referendum, my daughter - who was 11 at the time - asked me, ‘Daddy, does it mean we have to leave?’.”
