PRESIDENT Trump delivers his State of the Union address to Congress today, after it was delayed last month as House of Representatives Leader Nancy Pelosi refused to invite Trump due to the partial government shutdown.
There is speculation that the President could use the address to declare executive action, possibly a national emergency, to fund his planned wall along the southern border.
It has been suggested he could also announce a new summit with North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un to discuss the country’s nuclear weapons programme.
