Kym Marsh, 42, has been upping her workouts and has been fitting in gym sessions during her breaks on Coronation Street.
But the star soon appeared to regret one of her workouts as her locker wouldn't open and was forced to film as Michelle Connor with scruffy hair.
The soap star recalled the mishap in her latest OK! Magazine column, where she spilled: “Last week I had a few hours off between scenes at Corrie so I went to the gym near work for a legs session.
“My plan was to work out for an hour and then wash my hair before heading back to work, where I planned on having my hair blow-dried before I filmed more scenes.”

Kym continued: “I stayed in the gym a little longer than anticipated and when I went to the changing room and tried to open my locker, the code wouldn’t work!”
Divulging more on the embarrassing ordeal, Kym revealed she had to call in help.
She said: “Eventually staff had to come with bolt cutters to open it!”
The TV favourite was forced to film scenes as Michelle Connor with unwashed, sweaty locks.
