Sex Education season two is currently being filmed in a number of locations after the series renewal was confirmed by Netflix this month. Netflix revealed Otis Milburn (played by Asa Butterfield) and Maeve Wiley (Emma Mackey) will return to Moordale High School, where the series is set, alongside several other Sex Education cast members. The location for Sex Education season two has also been confirmed, Express.co.uk exclusively found out.
Sex Education season two will be filmed in the same location as the Netflix show’s debut series.
Netflix’s first season of Sex Education was set in the picturesque Wye Valley in Wales as well as a number of other breath-taking filming locations.
Moordale High School and the aesthetic of the series left some fans confused as to where exactly Sex Education was filmed, with many mistaking the setting for the USA.
Express.co.uk exclusively spoke with Sarah Orchard from the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean Tourism board to discuss Sex Education’s filming location.

Ahead of Sex Education season two, Sarah said: “We are thrilled that the Wye Valley is taking a starring role in the Netflix series.
“It’s no surprise with the sweeping views along the river reaching up to the iconic Symonds Yat, a real drawcard for visitors to our area.”
When asked about the impact Sex Education being filmed there has had on the area, Sarah revealed: “It’s too early to assess the full impact,
“But we are confident it will bring more people to the area as we are connected to the location and the tantalizing vistas.”
Sex Education viewers may also recognise the stunning setting of seasons one and two from a number of other TV shows and Hollywood blockbusters.
