Reports emerged this week that Meghan had sent a letter to her estranged father after the Royal Wedding in order to smooth relations between the two. Despite the Duchess of Sussex’s plea to repair their damaged relationship, Thomas Markle instead asked for a photo opportunity. Due to that, Meghan has apparently decided to sever ties with her father which will in all likelihood result in another bare all interview from Thomas, according to The Sun.
Despite her father’s somewhat insensitive request, Meghan's half-brother, Thomas Jr has revealed that it is his father’s “life mission” to be reunited with the Duchess.
He added: “My father is very hurt and very confused about what happened to the relationship with his daughter.
“And I think he is very frustrated now because he has a grandchild coming up with the favourite person that he worshipped.
