The mammoth superhero movie was a billion dollar hit last year. And Black Panther could be on its way to become the first superhero movie ever to win Best Picture. While Alfonso Cuaron’s Roma is very much the favourite, insiders are hearing Black Panther is in with a chance. Collider’s Editor tweeted: “Hearing a lot of people now say it's Black Panther or Green Book for Best Picture. Thoughts?” This was affirmed by other insiders.
