Instagram DOWN: Social network NOT WORKING as outage hits hundreds of users
Instagram is a social network that places an emphasis on picture sharing and is hugely popular.
But this afternoon it appears users of the popular service have been unable to access it due to an outage.
Independent outage monitor Down Detector registered over 360 reports at once time from users insisting they were facing problems when trying to access Instagram.
