Zaharie Ahmad Shah, who flew the Malaysian Airlines aeroplane when it dropped off radar, spoke to his engineer cousin, Zulhaimi Bin Wahidin, just a month before MH370’s final flight. Mr Zulhaimi also worked for the Malaysian travel company when the plane disappeared. However, he has denied giving his cousin information that could help him crash the Boeing 777.
He told The Australian: “I was at police headquarters for three days.
“It spanned from morning to evening.
“I told them that Zaharie is a smart guy.
“He doesn’t need me to get all of the information.”
