The 34-year-old actress and fitness fanatic unveiled her top tip for pregnant women on her Instagram story today, uploading a clip which showed her rubbing oil over her hands. “Bio-Oil. Bio-Oil advertises one of its uses as helping to reduce the appearance of stretch marks, with advice to apply during pregnancy to areas which are prone to stretch marks. Gemma Atkinson is expecting her first child with boyfriend Gorka Marquez, 28, having confirmed the news on social media at the beginning of the month.
Earlier this week, the former Emmerdake star told Instagram fans she was struggling with lack of sleep, having only got four hours’ the previous night.
She went on to warn Gorka not to return home without pizza or Doritos.
